Generate Assessment Notices
Generate and print assessment notices flagged for printing.
Prerequisites
Print Assessment Notices permission is required to generate assessment notices.
Generate assessment notices

From the left-side navigation, select Processes.

Under the Documents and Notices section, select Assessment Notices.

Populate the required fields.

Tax Year: Enter the tax year.

Date of Notice: Enter or select the date of the notice.

Filing Deadline: Enter or select the filing deadline date.

Filters (optional)

Parcel Type: Select a parcel type, either Mobile Home or Real.

District/Area: Select districts/areas. To view all available districts/areas, select Select. Select the appropriate checkbox(es), then select Add District/Area.

Map Number: Select map numbers. To search for parcels, select Select. Enter a search term and select Search Parcels. Select the appropriate checkbox(es), then select Add to Report.

Include Exempt: Select the checkbox to include exempt parcels.

Zero Assessments: Select to Include, Exclude, or Only include zero assessments.

Print Request Added From/To: Enter or select the date range the print requests were created from the Parcel > Assessment tab > Process Documents and Notices panel.

Formatting (optional)

Sort By: The default sort order of details is by Map Number. To change the sort order, select the fields in the order you want them to appear on the report.

Select Generate Notices.

On the confirmation message, select Ok.

On the Assessment Notices Log panel, select Refresh.
The completed process displays in the Assessment Notices Log grid.
You can now download a PDF of the generated notices, flag them as printed, or delete them.
Download assessment notices
After generating assessment notices, you can download the PDF file for saving and/or printing.

From the left-side navigation, select Processes.

Under the Documents and Notices section, select Assessment Notices.

Locate the process in the Assessment Notices Log panel.

Select Download.
The PDF downloads to your computer.
You can now save and/or print the PDF.
Flag assessment notices as printed
After generating assessment notices, you can mark them as Printed.

From the left-side navigation, select Processes.

Under the Documents and Notices section, select Assessment Notices.

Locate the process in the Assessment Notices Log panel.

Select Flag Printed.
The assessment notice process is marked as Printed in the Assessment Notices Log grid and on the Parcel > Assessments tab > Process Documents and Notices panel.
Delete generated assessment notices

From the left-side navigation, select Processes.

Under the Documents and Notices section, select Assessment Notices.

Locate the process in the Assessment Notices Log panel.

Select the Delete icon.
The assessment notice process is marked as Deleted in the Assessment Notices Log grid and the Status of the print request reverts to Pending Print on the Parcel > Assessments tab > Process Documents and Notices panel.
View process parameters
View the Process Parameters selected for a process.

From the left-side navigation, select Processes.

Under the Documents and Notices section, select Assessment Notices.

Locate the process in the Assessment Notices Log panel.

Select the expander icon (+) next to the process.
